SUPRA

The Supra Keybox System is the official keybox system of MLSSAZ. Supra offers the best in security and convenience. Chose from the ActiveKEY as the standard electronic key or use the eKEY with compatible Apple, Android, and Blackberry devices for the best in convenience to show properties.

IDX TARMLS

The IDX program manages the listing search utilities on internet displays owned and operated by local agents and offices. IDX can be a great addition to your agent, office, or company website. If having IDX on your website interests you, there are two options available to complete your website, an IDX Feed for a custom solution or the turnkey flexmls smartframe IDX solution.

MLS Standards Committee

The MLSSAZ Board of Directors has tasked the MLS Standards Committee with administrative review of all alleged violations of the MLS Rules and Regulations. The MLS Standards Committee is a group of REALTORS with varying areas of expertise and a passion for upholding the ideals of the MLS.

Listing Syndication

Simply put, Listing Syndication is the process of a broker sending his/her office listings to websites that do not belong to members of MLSSAZ. Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo! Real Estate, and AOL Real Estate are examples of websites that display listings via syndication. MLSSAZ has partnered with ListHub to manage all of your syndication options and has created a Listing Syndication Resource guide to help you effectively manage your listings online.
