Join as a Returning Member

Thank you for your interest in rejoining the Tucson Association of REALTORS® (TAR) and/or the Multiple Listing Service of Southern Arizona (MLSSAZ).

You will need your old log-in information if you previously had TAR membership or MLSSAZ membership.

Please call the front desk at 520-327-4218 if you need assistance with this information.

GONE LESS THAN A YEAR:

1.  Agent or Broker: Must have an active license on the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE), click here.

  • Appraiser or Appraiser Owner: Must have an active license with the Appraisal Subcommittee, click here.

2.  Primary (not a member of any other association or MLS): Complete a Notification of Transfer Form, click here and email to frontdesk@tucsonrealtors.org.

  • Secondary (requires membership with another association or MLS): request a Letter of Good Standing from your primary association or MLS and email to: frontdesk@tucsonrealtors.org.

3.  Next, Member Services will contact you if there are any payments due since you left. Click here to review the *membership pricing for TAR and MLSSAZ.                   TAR will renew every December and MLSSAZ will renew every July.

*Membership dues and assessments shall not be prorated for any licensee who held Association Membership during the preceding calendar year.

GONE LONGER THAN A YEAR:

If you have not been a member of TAR or MLSSAZ for over a year, you will need to reapply for membership by clicking on the appropriate link below and completing the steps required:

Broker or Appraiser Owner:

  • Interest in REALTOR® and MLS membership (this will give you access to Transaction Desk-Tucson Library of forms), click here.
  • Interest in MLSSAZ BOC membership (eligibility requires primary membership at another association), click here.

Agent or Appraiser:

  • Interest in REALTOR® and MLS membership (this will give you access to Transaction Desk-Tucson Library of forms), click here.
  • Interest in MLSSAZ BOC membership (eligibility requires primary membership at another association), click here.
  • Once reactivated, you will have access to your MLSSAZ account within an hour.
