Romeo Arrieta Joins TAR, MLSSAZ, and TRCF as the new Chief Executive Officer on April 14th! 

TAR, MLSSAZ, and TCRF are pleased to announce Romeo Arrieta’s appointment as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective April 14, 2025. Arrieta brings nearly two decades of REALTOR® Association leadership experience and a passion for advancing homeownership opportunities through advocacy, member services, and community engagement.

He joins TAR after serving as the CEO of Marin REALTORS®, where he strengthened the association’s leadership pipeline, modernized member services, and expanded advocacy efforts. Under his tenure, the organization saw the revitalization of general membership meetings, the launch of a popular Speaker Series, and the implementation of innovative technology tools to support real estate professionals. Previously, Arrieta worked for the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® in Dallas, Texas, where he helped elect REALTORS® to public office and influenced public policy.

Arrieta’s leadership extends to the national level. He has served on multiple committees for the National Association of REALTORS®, including the Diversity Committee and the Public Policy Coordinating Committee. Additionally, he has been actively involved in state-level REALTOR® political action efforts in California and Texas.

A Texas native, Arrieta holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and enjoys hiking, playing guitar, and following Texas Longhorns football. He and his wife, Jenny, are excited to explore Tucson and become part of the local community.
