eKEY

Your smartphone is your lockbox key. The eKEY application uses your phone’s wireless communications so you can do business anywhere. Choose from many different Android, BlackBerry, and iPhone smartphones.

Two service levels are available: eKEY Basic for common keybox functions, and eKEY Professional which enhances basic capability with added business tools such as storing MLS data on your phone, linking the listings to Google maps, and displaying showing details on your phone.

IBOX BTLE (BEETLY)

The iBox BTLE (Beetly) is the approved lockbox for MLSSAZ. eKEY enabled smartphones access the listing keys stored in the iBox BTLE key container. Members can open their eKEY App enabled smartphone’s Bluetooth to interact with the iBox BTLE.

Each time an iBox BTLE is opened, both the key and iBox BTLE record the date, time and the identity of the keyholder. The information is delivered to Supra’s secure database and can be obtained using SupraWEB. The iBox BTLE offers the ability to customize showing hours, and an option may be set to require all showings be prescheduled with the listing agent.

Be sure and register your iBox BTLE on SupraeKey.com. Easy single sign-on (SSO) access to your SupraWEB account through your MLSSAZgateway.com dashboard. This online service is included at no additional charge and provides you numerous options and benefits from record keeping of showings to sending the showing agent a feedback survey on the property.

How do I get access to the Supra® eKEY App?

Supra® is a separate transaction. Please call your Supra® Specialist at (520) 387-8788 or email amym@mlssaz.com for more information.

How much does it cost to have the Supra® eKEY App on my phone?

Activation Fee: $50 (one time).

eKey Basic: Monthly auto-charge of $20.30 + tax (tax is based on your zip code).

Supra® must be set-up with a credit or debit card at TAR by walk-in Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm.

iPhone users, please be sure that all IOS updates are up-to-date on your phone and you have your Apple ID or password to avoid lengthy processing delays.

If agent leaves the business, they must email TAR to un-assign the key to discontinue the monthly charge. 

Can I pay for the whole year in advance?

Unfortunately, yearly payments are not an option. Supra® has set-up billing in this manner to allow you to cancel without losing out on any prepaid fees.

How do I cancel my Supra® services?

Cancellation requests must be received by email at amym@mlssaz.com.

How much storage space does the eKEY app require?

The storage you will need depends on data usage. The typical range is between 40 MB and 120 MB.

What operating systems are supported with the eKEY app?

The eKEY app requires Android™ OS 5 or greater or Apple® iOS 10 or greater. Device and Software Requirement- click here

What model phone do I need?

The Supra® eKEY® application is tested on recent models of popular smartphones and tablets to determine its compatibility with AndroidTM and Apple® mobile devices. Contact Supra® Support at 1-877-699-6787 if you have a question about a specific phone or tablet.
