BMC #3 is the third Broker Management Clinic (BMC) that designated, delegated, and self-employed brokers are required to take every two years.

Broker Supervision & Leadership Dynamics CE contains discussion on many of the major supervision issues a real estate company faces and suggestions on how to effectively supervise licensees. The course is primarily conducted in a question and answer format, based on actual situations and recommendations from brokers across Arizona. In many of these, you are encouraged to give thought to how the situation applies to your brokerage. Some of the answers are based on statute or rule, but many also ask your opinion or best practices.

The course fulfills 3 of the required 9 hours of Broker Management Clinics, Commissioner’s Standards.
