City of Tucson Sign Enforcement Efforts
The City of Tucson has begun making concerted corridor sweeps of the City's major arterials to remove any signs not meeting the City sign code. The City of Tucson code prohibits any signs to be placed on the public right-of-way. The code also is very restrictive regarding signs on private property. County Voters Can Obtain Early Ballots Automatically
Pima County voters can now sign up to automatically receive an early ballot in every election. The one-time sign-up means voters don't need to request an early ballot for each election.  The move by the County Recorder's Office is part of a new state law.
